Dr Sielewicz is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and CERN Doctoral Student Programme alumni. He is an electronics engineer with a rich academic background and experience in fast-paced research settings such as scientific laboratories, high-frequency trading, and deep-tech startups; an expert in reprogrammable integrated circuits and high-speed electronics, which was the focus of his PhD research. He has accumulated years of expertise at institutions like CERN, the Polish Academy of Sciences, and in the private sector, particularly focusing on new technologies. He is the author and co-author of international scientific publications on the impact of radiation on integrated circuits. He has repeatedly presented at national and international scientific conferences in this field. Currently, he is a participant in the Masters in Entrepreneurship program at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He is the laureate of the first edition of the School of Pioneers program organized by the Polish Development Fund.
